Mysuru: The University of Mysore (UoM) has awarded Ph.D in Sociology to J.S. Dayananda for his thesis ‘Tamilnadige Kannadigara Valase: Kapiliyan Samudayada Samajashatriya Adhyayana’ submitted under the guidance of Dr. R. Indira.

The UoM has awarded Ph.D in Kannada to C. Mahendra for his thesis ‘Dalitha – Bandaya Kathegalu: Pradeshikate’ submitted under the guidance of Dr. G.R. Tippeswamy.

M.Chandrajit has been awarded Ph.D in Computer Science by UoM for his thesis ‘Motracks: Multiple Objects Tracking System’ submitted under the guidance of Dr. T. Vasudev.

Y.Nivedita has been awarded Ph.D in English by UoM for her thesis ‘Post-modernist narratives in the Poetry of George Bowering and Frank Davey’ submitted under the guidance of Dr. P. Venkatesh.
