The 124th annual conference of the United Planters Association of Southern India (UPASI) will be held at UPASI premises in Glenview, Coonoor, on Sept. 14 at 10.30 am. Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Micro Small and Medium Enterprises Giriraj Singh will be the chief guest.
