UPS, battery of CCTV cameras of Police stolen

Mysore/Mysuru: Of late, thieves are also not sparing public properties, with Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) device, battery, modem and switches of Closed Circuit (CCTV) cameras installed near Doddalada Mara on Mysuru-T. Narasipur road and IPS Srinivasan Nagar near T. Narasipur Outer-Ring Road junction stolen.

The personnel at Police Commissioner’s Office who found the CCTV cameras installed at these two places not working, informed Kiran Chebbi of Trinity Technology and Software Solutions Private Limited, the service provider, to attend to it.

Chebbi, who was on leave at that time, attended to the problem on June 15, when it came to notice that the theft of aforesaid articles happened on June 12 at 2.30 am.

Alanahalli Police have registered a case.
