UPSC rank holders Abhishek Nayak, Sagar Ashwathappa honoured

Mysore/Mysuru: Two successful candidates in the UPSC Civil Services Examination, G.S. Abhishek Nayak (All India Rank 122) and Sagar Ashwathappa (All India Rank 641), were felicitated at a programme organised by Navo Pramathi Organisation of Navodaya Foundation at Patrakarthara Bhavan in Mysuru recently.

Speaking on the occasion, Mysuru Additional Deputy Commissioner R. Aishwarya recalled that the Navodaya Foundation had felicitated her after she cleared the KAS examination in 2015.

Describing success in competitive examinations as a form of “tapassu” (intense dedication), she highlighted the importance of mentors in guiding aspirants.

She also stressed the role of coaching institutions in shaping the personality and confidence of candidates and lauded the Navodaya Foundation for conducting coaching classes for competitive examinations.

Indian Army SSB Board Deputy Director Capt. Naval Saini, former MUDA Chairman H.V. Rajeev, Navo Pramati Civil Services Coaching Class Convenor K.S. Phaniraj and Executive Director C.S. Priyadarshini were present on the occasion.
