Mysore/Mysuru: Automotive Axles Limited launched the vaccination drive for its employees and their family members, a first of its kind in city as part of Government’s Workplace Vaccination Drive initiative.
Deputy Commissioner Rohini Sindhuri, who inaugurated the vaccination drive yesterday, appreciated the initiative taken by the Management as a proactive preventive measure and the excellent arrangements made following COVID protocols. Joint Director of District Industries & Commerce D.K. Lingaraju, accompanied the DC to oversee the drive.
President and Executive Director of Automotive Axles Limited Dr. N. Muthukumar said that this initiative will cover more than 2,000 employees in 3 days and added that Automotive Axles has also set up counsellors to provide mental support to employees during these challenging times. The organisation also committed to the DC to provide fully equipped Occupational Health Centre & facilities for the benefit of local community during the vaccination drive. He thanked the DC, Nodal Officer Dr. Ravi, DIC Joint Director D.K. Lingaraju and Apollo BGS Hospitals for their support in launching this initiative.
