Mysuru: An incident of miscreants breaking the rear windshield of a car and making away with valuables has been reported at the parking lot in Doddakere Maidan on Wednesday.
Ganesh Anand, a resident of city, had parked his car at the Dasara Exhibition parking lot in Doddakere Maidan and had gone to the expo along with his family members.
When he returned, he found the rear windshield broken and the ATM card, Driving Licence, two gold necklaces weighing about 74 grams and Rs. 2,000 cash kept in a vanity bag missing. The total value of the stolen items including cash is about Rs. 1.85 lakh.
A complaint has been lodged at Nazarbad Police Station.
