Mysuru: KSOU Vice-Chancellor Prof. A.P. Gnana Prakash said that every Learner Support Centres (LSCs) of University should strictly follow the rules and regulations under URC (ODL) Regulations, 2020 Act while imparting quality, transparent and responsible services to students.
He was speaking at a special interaction meet on the procedures for July Session of 2026-27 KSOU admissions at Cauvery auditorium in Mukthagangothri campus here on Wednesday.
“The Learner Support Centres should not limit themselves to just admission, but also act as a vital link in reaching out University education to every section of the society,” Prof. Gnana Prakash pointed out.
Secretaries of LSCs, Directors of Regional Centres, officials from Central Campus learning Resource Centre and faculty of various departments took part in the interaction and shared their experiences, problems and suggestions.
Dean of Study Centres Dr. Anandagowda, KSOU Registrar Prof. C.S. Anand Kumar, Dean (Academics) Prof. Ramanatham Naidu, Finance Officer Prof.Niranjan Raj and others took part in the interaction meet.
