Mysuru: As part of Vasudeva Maharaj Aradhana Mahotsava, the city’s Vasudeva Maharaj Foundation will confer Sri Vasudev Maharaj Award to six achievers in various fields at a programme to take place at Rotary Hall on JLB Road at 5 pm on Oct. 12.
The awardees are: Dr. H.R. Manikarnika (Medical), Dr. K.N. Narasimhamurthy Sharma (Astrology), Dr. L. Satyanarayana Rao (Vastu Science), Dr. Balasundar Srinath (Yoga), Dr. Gururaj (Culture) and Dr. S. Prabhushankar (Bio-Medicine).
Social activist K. Raghuram will inaugurate the programme. District Brahmin Association President D.T. Prakash will preside. Former District Kannada Sahitya Parishat President Maddikere Gopal will offer floral tributes to the portrait of Sri Vasudev Maharaj.
