Venkataramanappa (86), former Joint Director (Town Planning), BMRDA and Chief Advisor, Nandi Infrastructure Corridor Enterprise (NICE), passed away yesterday at his resident in Saraswathipuram here. He leaves behind his wife, sons Anand, Jagadish, Dr. Arun Kumar and Lokesh and a host of relatives and friends. Last rites were held today in city.
