Vidushi Subbalakshmi Vishwanath (70), wife of M.K. Vishwanath, passed away yesterday evening at her residence in city. She was a vivid musician and had performed in various concerts rendering Karnatak music.
She leaves behind her husband, son Dr. Prashanth Vishwanath, daughter-in-law Dr. Akila Prashanth, daughter Anjali Vishwanath and a host of relatives and friends. Last rites were performed at the foot of Chamundi Hill this morning.
