Wicket- keeper batsman  from Mysuru Zone Kruthik Krishna, who hails from Mandya, represented Karnataka in the Vinoo Mankad Trophy – Elite Group A & B U-19 All-India Tournament 2019-20 at Lalbhai Contractor Stadium in Surat recently and gave a dazzling performance with the willow and behind the stumps which helped Karnataka register a big 123-run win over Rajasthan. Left-hand batsman Kruthik Krishna scored 75 n.o. (49b, 9×4, 4×6) and took four catches and effected two stumpings. Batting first, Karnataka scored 239 for nine in 50 overs. In reply, Rajasthan were bowled out for 116 in 33 overs.
