Bengaluru: Department of Information and Public Relations N.R. Vishu Kumar was transferred by the State Government yesterday.
IPS Officer P.S. Harsha has been named in his place.
Meanwhile, Vishu Kumar has been appointed as the Director, Kannada and Culture Dept. KAS Officer M.S. Archana, who was Kannada and Culture Director, has been transferred as Bengaluru Urban ZP CEO.
