Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Post Graduation Studies, Mysuru, is conducting VISTARA-22, a Cultural Fest on Sept. 19 and 20 at VTU premises, Hanchya, Sathagalli Layout. Inaugural function is scheduled on Sept. 19 at 9.30 am and valedictory will be held on Sept. 20 at 5 pm.
