Five University of Mysore (UoM) players have been selected to represent South Zone team in the Vizzy Trophy All-India cricket tournament 2018-19. The UoM cricket team finished runner-up in the South Zone Inter-University tournament and also finished runner-up in the All-India Rohinton Baria inter-University cricket tournament.
The players from UoM are: Madan Mohan (Vice-Captain), M. Utham Aiyappa, Yodhan Hrudhay, M.Venkatesh and K.Shashank.
The South Zone team: Sharukh Khan (Captain), Madan Mohan (vc), R. Kavin (WK), Sai Pragnay, Utham Aiyappa, UAV Varma, Kishore Kamath, Dinesh sai Pavan, Aditya Somanna, Pranav Bhatia, Yodhan Hrudhay, M.Abhirath Reddy, M.Venkatesh, Jeshwanth M. Acharya, K.Shashank.
