Vocational training for specially-abled people

Mysuru: Kanasu Foundation has established a Vocational Training Centre for specially abled people at its premises, #142, 2nd Floor, Corner Building, near Saibaba Temple, 2nd Stage, Gokulam, Mysuru-570002.

People in the age group of 14 to 40 years with mental retardation, Cerebral Palsy, Autism, Learning Disorder along with moderate  physical challenge will be admitted at the Centre. About 20 candidates admitted would be trained on special computers in Word, Excel, Paint, Data Entry, Print, Internet and other Vocational  avenues. After training, candidates would be given certificates and assistance would be provided to secure employment.

Prescribed application form can be obtained from the Foundation office and submitted along with two recent photographs, disability ID Card, Aadhaar Card and other documents, before Oct.30.
