VVCE and Incture sign MoU

Mysuru: Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering (VVCE) and Incture, a leading provider of digital and AI solutions and products to global enterprise customers, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) recently. As part of this agreement, Incture will provide training for 60 students of 6th semester on Java Full Stack and React. The company has also assured placements to trained students for their company.

The MoU was signed in the presence of  Dr. B. Sadashive Gowda, Principal, Shobha Shankar, Vice-Principal, B.C. Ashok, Dean – Corporate & International Affairs, Deans & HoDs of VVCE and Incture company delegates Veera Reddy Patlolla, Head People & Culture, Nru Singh Samantha – Associate Director — Talent Acquisition, Vishwanth Lakshmikanthan, Delivery Manager, Hanumantrao Kulkarni, Senior Manager – L&D, Abhishek Kumar Jha, Technical Trainer.

Speaking on the occasion, Principal Dr. Sadashive Gowda expressed gratitude towards Incture for this initiative, stating that it will bridge the gap between academia and industry by providing hands-on experience in cutting-edge technologies.

Veera Reddy Patlolla, Head People & Culture emphasised the importance of industry-aligned training programmes in preparing students for the competitive job market.

This collaboration marks a step towards enhancing the employability of students and fostering innovation through skill development. This programme will provide selected students with expert guidance and mentorship, along with practical exposure to real-world projects leveraging the latest advancements in technology.

Furthermore, students will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in developing world-class products using Incture’s Cherrywork Suite of Digital Applications and Intelligent Platforms. Incture also highlighted its commitment to extending training opportunities to faculty members in the future, enabling them to incorporate modern technologies into their teaching methodologies.
