Mar Raphael Thattil, the Major Archbishop of the Syro Malabar Church, was accorded a warm reception at the Infant Jesus Cathedral, Hinkal, on his first official visit to the Diocese of Mandya. Mar Sebastian Adyanthrath, the Bishop of Mandya, Archbishop Bernard Moras, the Apostolic Administrator of the Diocese of Mysore and Bishop Thomas Anthony Vazhappilly, the Bishop Emeritus, also participated in the programme.
