Web News Observer acquires The Clare People

Mysore/Mysuru: On May 9, 2022, Web News Observer, a Mysore-based digital media outlet, acquired a website, The Clare People. It was an Irish weekly newspaper that got defunct in 2019.

With the aim of expansion, Web News Observer is focused on bringing back The Clare People to life but in a new avatar that too with an Indian touch. It will be managed by Stacknexo.

“We want to make The Clare People an Indian website which will be focused on covering Entertainment and Lifestyle news. We will make sure to bring back the legacy and provide readers with authentic, verified, and interesting stories,” says Musba Hashmi, Editor-in-Chief & Co-founder of Web News Observer.

The defunct domain will be revamped and redesigned in a user-friendly manner.

It was only recently that the media outlet crossed the 1 million viewers milestone and is already heading to achieve the target of 2 million unique users monthly.

Not only this, with The Clare People, the media outlet aims to provide users with an enriching experience of soft daily news that often fails to grab as many eyeballs as the bigger ones.

The media outlet has more plans for expansion as they aim to acquire more domains and websites in the near future.
