Ashoka Road, one of the busiest roads situated in the heart of the city, was dug up last year to lay new pipeline. But the road (dug up portion) has not been asphalted and even the debris in front of many shops is not removed causing a lot of problems to the public as well as to the shopkeepers as the debris is spewing dust which is very harmful when inhaled. Authorities concerned are urged to take steps to remove the debris and asphalt the road at the earliest.
