Garbage seen lying strewn in Boti Bazaar (Devaraja Market area), even as the garbage tipper is parked, following the indefinite Statewide strike call by the Pourakarmikas, in the city this morning. Incidentally, Boti Bazar comes under Mayor M.J. Ravikumar’s Ward.
