Will strive for better PU results: DDPUE Nagamallesh

Mysore/Mysuru: Nagamallesh took charge as the new Mysuru District Deputy Director of Pre-University Education(DDPUE) from Acting Deputy Director Nagamma at the DDPUE office in the city recently.

Speaking on the occasion, Nagamallesh said that Mysuru is the cultural and arts capital of the State. Maintaining that he was happy for coming to serve the district, which has its own history and academic excellence, Nagamallesh said that he will strive for achieving better results in PUC.

Stating that he will give importance for non-curricular and sporting activities too, he said that he would focus on implementing innovative ideas for academic betterment and performance. He further said that he would also give importance for resolving issues concerning rural and girl students.

PUC Lecturers Association Mysuru City President N.S. Pashupathi too spoke.

Maharani’s PU College faculty A.C. Manjegowda, Sarada Vilas PU College Kannada faculty Rajendaprasad Honnalagere, former DDPUE K.M. Puttu, Dr. Mangala Murthy, K.A. Jayananda Prasad, Ramanand and others were present.
