Mandya: A State-level competition ‘Srujana-2K18’ was organised by the ISTE student chapter, Youth Red Cross Wing and NSS Unit of PES College of Engineering, Mandya, on the theme ‘Role of engineers in the development of the country’ and under sub themes ‘Digital India’, ‘Swachh Bharat’ and ‘Disaster Management.’
Principal Dr. V. Sridhar inaugurated the competition. Vice-Principal Dr. H.V. Ravindra was the chief guest. Dr. B.S. Shivakumara, Dr. B. Shanmukha, M.A. Venugopal, M. Shankaregowda and D.M. Srinivas, Coordinators Mohamed Adnan Khan, B.S. Sammith, L. Bhavana, M. Karthik, G.S. Varsha and Fabina Jenisha were present.
Students from various colleges registered and presented the paper. Ten best presentations were honoured by distributing the prizes. Dr. S. Vinay, Dr. M.N. Veena, Prof. Ramya, Prof. D.M. Srinivas, Prof. Brahmesh and Prof.Harish were the Judges.
