Winners of State-level Inter-Deemed Universities Chess Tournament

The Chess team of JSS Academy of Higher Education & Research (JSS AHER), Mysuru, emerged winners in the State-level Inter-Deemed University Online Chess Tournament organised by JSS AHER along with Legends Chess Academy.

The Tournament had 32 participants from six Universities and was conducted both in team and individual formats.

P. Shet Prajwal secured the highest points and was declared winner in the individual category followed by Arjun Matathil, both from JSS Medical College, Mysuru.

Team of JSS AHER, consisting of Prajwal, Arjun, Prabath and Dr. Goudam, emerged winners in the team event.

Manipal Academy of Higher Education and Research (MAHE) were the runners-up.
