Defending Champions Farooqia College of Pharmacy Football team emerged winners of the RGUHS Inter-Zonals Football Tournament conducted by Mysore Institute of Medical Sciences, Mandya.

In a nail-biting finals, they defeated A.J. Institute of Medical Sciences, Mangaluru, with 1-0 goals. Three of its players Shinad, Asker and Dilshad have been selected to represent RGUHS Football team in the South-Zone Inter-University Football Tournament to be played at Calicut University, Calicut.
