S. Thanya, representing Dolphin Aquatics, J.P. Nagar, Mysuru, in the Karnataka State Sub-Junior Swimming Competition 2020-21 held at Padukone Dravid Centre of Sports Excellence in Bengaluru on Mar. 29, has secured two gold medals and one silver medal in 4×50 Medley Relay (2.22.92), 4×50 Freestyle Relay (2.08.33) and 100 mtrs Breast Stroke (1.29.10) respectively.
Thanya, a 6th std. student of Sri Sharada Public School, Mysuru, is the daughter of S.P. Shadakshari and N. Shwetha.
She is trained at J.P. Nagar Swimming Pool by Pavan Kumar of Dolphin Aquatics.
