I along with my family returned from a pilgrimage tour to Kumbakonam (city of temples).The only train Mayiladuthurai Express towards this route is normally full with passengers towards Trichy.

I wish the Railway Minister and our MP take this train to experience the hardship being faced by common man despite paying heavy amount for AC coaches.

The rest rooms are in horrible condition with no water supply at times. Instead of improving infra for airports and other upcoming projects, the existing train coaches may be taken up for maintaining ambience and essential amenities be provided. Unless the authorities concerned travel in these trains they will not understand the difficulties faced by passengers.

Please add one more train in these routes to Madurai (Tuticorin) and  Mayiladuthurai and help the passengers to undertake the journey peacefully. Hope the concerned will look into this and take immediate action.
