Mysuru: A woman, who had consumed tablets for stomach ache and admitted to a private hospital, breathed her last after failing to respond to the treatment on Sunday.
The deceased woman has been identified as Surabhi (20), wife of Suresh and a resident of Muneshwara Nagar in city.
Surabhi, who was suffering from stomach ache since few days, had allegedly consumed about 50 calcium tablets following which her family members had admitted her to a private hospital on Wednesday, where she died yesterday.
Udayagiri Police have registered a case in this regard.
