Mysuru: Dejected over domestic disharmony a 46-year-old woman from K.R. Pet ended her life by consuming excessive pills. The deceased has been identified as Vijayalakshmi (46), wife of Anjanigowda of Natanahalli village in Akkihebbal hobli of K.R. Pet taluk.
After heated exchanges with her husband on Thursday night, Vijayalakshmi is said to have consumed excessive pills on Friday morning when nobody else was in the house. Family members, who returned from field work later in the day, found Vijayalakshmi lying frail, when she was rushed to a city hospital, where she breathed her last late in the evening, according to the Police.
