Mysore/Mysuru: Morning walkers were shocked to see a body of an unidentified woman floating in Kukkarahalli Lake this morning. The walkers, who saw the body floating near the view point, informed Jayalakshmipuram Police. Inspector Poonacha and staff, who arrived at the spot, summoned swimmers and with their help the body has been fished out from the lake.

Jayalakshmipuram Police, who have registered a case, were trying to establish the identity of the dead woman by conducting preliminary investigation, when we went to the Press.
