Melbourne: Good performances by frontline batswomen helped Australia to score 184/4 (20 overs) against India in the final of the Women’s T-20 World Cup cricket at the MCG today.
Australia opted to bat first after winning the toss. Indian women bowlers failed to impress and top order Australian batswomen made merry of the Indian bowling attack in their home ground, setting India a target of 185.
