Mysuru: The free Basic Acting Workshop, organised by Mysuru Film Institute (MFI), affiliated to Nakshatra Foundation Charitable Trust, at its premises in Ramakrishnagar here from Sept. 23, concluded on Sept. 30 with MFI Choreographer Prashanth giving a demo on Western Dance.

The workshop received an overwhelming response with over 18 members taking part enthusiastically each day learning the basics of film making. The Institute has plans to organise similar workshops in near future too with separate batches for children and housewives.
