Mysuru: De Paul Education Academy, Mysuru, in collaboration with University of North Carolina (UNC), USA, conducted a workshop on ‘Teaching Methodology and Challenges in Higher Education Systems; A Comparison.’

Delegates from various colleges in Mysuru and UNC, attended the programme.

The programme dealt with various challenges in higher education and teacher education. The delegates also participated in classroom observation to study the recent trends and practices in the Indian educational system.

The resource persons were: Dr. Anand from Bahadur Institute of Management Sciences, University of Mysore; Dr. Vishwanath from Sarada Vilas B.Ed College; Tiffany Rikkard and Rex Magiaracine, Research Scholars from the UNC and Rev. Fr. Dr. C. Wilson, Principal, De Paul College.
