City’s Vikala Vikaasa will be celebrating World Disabled Day at NAB Blind and Deaf ITI, C-177-178, Yadavagiri Industrial Area, Yadavagiri, at 11 am on Dec.15. On the occasion, disabled State-level awardees will be felicitated by MUDA Chairman D. Dhruvakumar. ZP President Nayeema Sulthana will inaugurate the programme.
