World Kannada Meet at Davangere in July: Dr. Betsurmath is Co-ordinating Officer

Bengaluru: The World Kannada Meet will be held at Davangere in the last week of July.

The State Govt. has released Rs. 34 crore for the 3-day meet and also appointed Special Officers to assist in the preparations.

Former MCC Commissioner Dr. C.G. Betsurmath has been appointed as Co-ordinating Officer to help the Special Officers.  

The Government has also appointed Bengaluru Zilla Panchayat CEO K.S. Dayananda as Officer on Special Duty.
