Yi Mysuru conducts Road Safety Meet and Greet

Mysuru: Young Indians (Yi), a youth wing of CII Mysuru, in association V.V. Puram Traffic Police and various biking clubs, had organised ‘Road Safety Meet and Greet’ at SBRR Mahajana College Grounds as part of National Road Safety Month in city recently.

The event witnessed participation from over 50 bikers across prominent biking clubs such as Road Thrills Mysuru, Bulls of Mysuru, Bullet Crusaders Mysuru, Shubha Motors, Benelli Mysuru Biking Club and BNi Bikers Tribe.

V.V. Puram Traffic Inspector M.R. Lava, who addressed the gathering, highlighted the consistent efforts of the Traffic Police to create awareness about road safety. He emphasised the importance of conducting similar drives in educational institutions, corporates and other public spaces. He also encouraged the biker community to play a proactive role in advocating for road safety and responsible riding.

The event was a platform for fostering community engagement and reinforcing the importance of road safety, with all participants committing to promoting responsible practices on road.

Assistant Sub-Inspector M.V. Murali, Gagan Ranka, Chair, Yi Mysuru, Vice-President, HDFC Bank, Monish JSK, Chair – Road Safety Vertical, Yi Mysuru and Advocate, Nithin Purushotham, Director, Shubha Motors, Benelli Mysuru, P.C. Manjunath, Sreeram, Deepak, Kanchana Ganga, Abhinay, Ar. Suman and others were present.
