Yoga Guru Dr. Raghavendra Pai felicitated
Mysuru: International yoga teacher Dr. K. Raghavendra Pai has said, the practice of Yogasana at least for two hours a day has immense benefits to tackle stress and lead a healthy life.
He was addressing the gathering at 32-hour certificate programme in Yoga and Fitness Course, organised by M.Com Department of MMK and SDM Mahila Mahavidyalaya in association with Sri Vedavyasa Yoga Foundation, under Amrit Yoga Mahotsav-2022, Department of AYUSH, Government of India.
The certificates and Amrit Yoga-75 Gold Medals were distributed to the students.
Principal Prof. Bharati, M.Com Department Head Dr. Devaki, Assistant Prof. Amrita P. Nayak, H.M. Ravanikar, Pushpa and Rajendra Prasad were present.
