Young prodigy creates record with versatile learning

Mysore/Mysuru: Skanda S. Gowda, born on 18th August 2022 in Baburayanakoppal, Mandya district, has set a new record in the kids category by demonstrating exceptional memory skills and early learning ability across a wide range of subjects at the young age of 3 years and 4 months.

His record performance included accurately identifying and reciting 12 months in Kannada, 12 months in English, days of the week in both Kannada and English, 4 shlokas, the English alphabet, 5 Kannada rhythms, 5 English rhythms, 15 general knowledge items, 4 expression faces, 16 parts of the body, 9 animal sounds, 19 fruits, 9 colours, 12 wild animals, 12 domestic animals, 11 vehicles, 10 electrical items, 9 birds, 11 vegetables, 10 names of gods and 7 shapes, writing 1 to 5, A to Q, Kannada Varnamala – 46 , festival -7 , other words – 66, traffic lights indications and Indian currency, in view of his remarkable talent, strong memory skills.

In versatile learning ability at such an early age, Karnataka Achievers Book of Records (KABR) has honoured Skanda, son of B.J. Sanath Kumar and M.K. Priya Darshini.
