Mysore/Mysuru: A youth was allegedly stabbed by two persons over Rs. 1,000 loan. The incident took place on Sunday night at Kalyangiri in city.
The youth, who has sustained serious injuries, has been identified as 18-year-old Fahad of Kalyangiri. It is learnt that Fahad had given Rs. 1,000 to two of his friends. On Sunday night, when Fahad met his friends at Kalyangiri and asked them to return the money, wordy duel ensued between the three. In a fit of rage, the two friends stabbed Fahad with a knife and fled from the spot.
Residents immediately shifted the profusely bleeding Fahad to K.R. Hospital, where he is said to be out of danger. A case has been registered at Udayagiri Police Station and they have launched a hunt to nab the two accused.
