Disclosing this at a press meet at Pathrakartara Bhavan here on Tuesday last, Somashekar of ‘Karnataka for Employment’ observed that when unemployment was a grave problem, the politicians were busy slinging mud on each other without solving the burning issues and added that the convention was aimed at sending a warning signal to all political parties.

He said that a 50-page manifesto would be handed over to each political party and whoever honours and implements the assurances of the manifesto would be voted to power.  About 1,500 contract employees and youths from Mysuru are expected to participate in the event, he said.
