Mysore/Mysuru: Police have arrested a youth for allegedly selling MDMA from a residence in Nazarbad. The accused, identified as Soyam Jain, was caught during a raid, while his associate, Babil, managed to escape.
Acting on a tip-off about drug sales at a house in the area, Nazarbad Police conducted a swift operation. During the raid, Soyam Jain was found in possession of 65 grams of MDMA, a synthetic party drug. Babil, who was also present at the scene, fled before officers could arrest him.
Police have launched a search operation to trace the absconding suspect and are continuing their investigation into the network behind the illegal drug trade.
