Mysuru: A youth, said to be depressed in life, committed suicide by hanging self at his house in Kyathamaranahalli here. The deceased has been identified as Sanjay Kumar (17), son of late Chennabasavaraju. Sanjay’s father had died about six months ago. After his father’s death, Sanjay began to work as a construction labourer to maintain the family but was not able to earn enough to support the family.

Depressed over this, Sanjay allegedly committed suicide when the family members were away. A case has been registered at Udayagiri Police Station.
