H.D.Kote: A 19-year-old youth was killed when the motorcycle he was riding collided with an APE Auto near the Petrol Bunk at Handpost on Mysuru-Manandavadi road in H.D. Kote Taluk last evening.
M. Manjesh, son of Mahesh of Yelemathur in the taluk, is the deceased. Manjesh was travelling on a Hero Honda Splendor Motorcycle near the Handpost Petrol Bunk at about 6 pm, when he met with a head-on collision with an APE Auto. Manjesh, who sustained serious injuries, was rushed to H.D. Kote Hospital, where the doctors declared him brought dead. H.D. Kote Police have registered a case.
