In a reported incident, two youths were allegedly stabbed by two techies on Ring Road at Bogadi last night.

Pramod and Devanand, residents of Bogadi, were walking along the Ring Road at Bogadi at about 8.30 pm, when Mohit and Tamil Arasan, said to be techies, approached them and picked up a quarrel over a trivial issue.

Heated exchanges ensued, following which one among Mohit and Tamil Arasan stabbed them with a knife before fleeing from the spot, it is learnt.

Pramod and Devanand, who sustained minor stab injuries, were rushed to a private hospital.

Saraswathipuram Police, who have registered a case in this regard, arrested Mohit and Tamil Arasan this morning and produced them before a Magistrate, who remanded them to judicial custody.
