Yuva Nidhi from Jan. 1, 2024: CM

Registration will start from Dec. 26

Bengaluru: Chief Minister Siddharamaiah announced that Yuva Nidhi, one of the five pre-poll guarantees announced by Congress Government, will be implemented from New Year,  Jan. 1, 2024.

The CM, who made the announcement on Thursday, said that  “Under Yuva Nidhi, the unemployed graduates will be given a monthly financial assistance of Rs. 3,000 and unemployed Diploma holders will get Rs. 1,500 per month.”

 Earlier, Minister for Medical Education Dr. Sharanprakash R. Patil, who also holds Skill Development portfolio, had announced that registrations for Yuva Nidhi scheme will start from Dec. 26, 2023. The  eligible beneficiaries can register their names through the Seva Sindhu portal.

Yuva Nidhi is the fifth guarantee to see its light of the day, after Shakti, Gruha Jyothi, Anna Bhagya and Gruha Lakshmi schemes that have been successfully implemented in phases, ever since the Congress Government came to power in May this year.
