Zia-Ur-Rahman Shariff (84), a retired Railway employee and a resident of Haleemnagar in Bannimantap, passed away this morning in city.
He leaves behind five sons, two daughters and a host of relatives and friends. Namaz-e-Janaza will be held today after Isha (8.15 pm) at Masjid-e-Akbari in Haleemnagar, followed by burial at the Muslim Burial Ground near Tipu Circle.
