Zoo tiger ‘Pruthvi’ critical

Mysore/Mysuru: Thirteen-year-old Pruthvi, a male tiger housed in Mysuru Zoo, which is suffering from Congenital Paresis, saw fluctuation in its health on Apr. 6 and is being treated by the Zoo Veterinarians.

Pruthvi, said to be critical, has been shifted to Zoo’s Chamundi Wild Animals Rescue, Rehabilitation and Conservation Breeding Centre at Koorgalli on the outskirts of city.
