Mysore/Mysuru: Sri Chamarajendra Zoological Gardens (Mysuru Zoo) will be organising Youth Club activities for students aged between 12-18 years from 23.7.2023 to 7.1.2024.
Classes will be held only on Sundays between 10 am and 1 pm (for 25 Sundays). Students will get exposure to basics of biodiversity, values of wildlife, conservation of wild animals, animal behaviour and captive management of wild animals at Zoo. There will be both theory and practical classes on subjects covering various aspects.
Zoo Veterinary Officers and other Subject Matter Specialists will interact with the participants. Only 60 students will be selected on first-come-first-serve basis.

Filled applications should be attached with: Recent stamp size colour photograph; Age proof (Copy of Aadhaar Card or Birth Certificate); Blood Group Certificate; Camp fee of Rs.2,500 to be paid by 5.30 pm on June 26 while submitting the filled applications. Selected students will be intimated later, according to Zoo Executive Director.
