Mysuru: In a tragic incident, Suhasini (30), granddaughter of former Minister and former Kerala Governor late B. Rachaiah, passed away at a private hospital in Bengaluru after giving birth to a male baby early this morning.
Suhasini is the second daughter of Uma (daughter of late B. Rachaiah) and retired KAS officer Puttamadaiah couple. She is also the niece of former MLA and Congress leader A.R. Krishnamurthy. Her last rites will be performed at the foot of Chamundi Hill here later this evening, according to family sources.
