House burgled at Hebbal

Mysuru: Burglars, who gained entry into a locked house at Hebbal 2nd Stage by breaking open the back door, have decamped with gold ornaments and cash from the house.

The burglary took place at the house of Muthamma, located on the 23rd Cross at Hebbal.

On Apr.15, Muthamma, along with her family members, had been out of station and on Apr.26, her neighbour Ashok Kumar called her over the phone and informed her about the burglary.

Muthamma, who rushed to her house, found the rear door of the hose broken and on inspecting the house, she found Rs.25,000 cash and about 82 grams gold ornaments kept in the almirah missing and lodged a complaint with the Police.

A case has been registered at Hebbal Police Station in this regard.
