Sri Krishna Dhama celebrates 25th anniversary

May 26, 2019

Mysuru:  “As sun shine is needed for a flower to blossom, divine blessing is needed for people to get enlightened,” opined Pejawar Seer Sri Vishwesha Theertha Swamiji. He was speaking at the 25th anniversary celebrations of Sri Krishna Dhama at its premises in Saraswathipuram here last evening.

The Swamiji asked people especially the youth to manage time judiciously and constructively as time and tide wait for none and added that repentance is not advisable for elapsed and wasted time. Continuing, the Seer recalled the construction of Krishan Dhama and a ‘Rayara Brindavana’ in Saraswathipuram 25 years ago and the Vijaya Vittala School also in Saraswathipuram.

He contended that spirituality and education were two eyes of society as people seek divinity and knowledge through them.

Sri Vidyasreesha Theertha Swamiji of Vyasaraja Mutt graced the occasion.

University of Mysore Vice-chancellor Dr. G. Hemantha Kumar and others were present.

Earlier to that, Smitha Kiran presented a flute concert.
